nope.. all you have to do is get the rubber boot out... then you have to unclip the connector and take the bulb out.. its using D2S bulb...

Thanks appreciate the advice! Whats your take on 12k hid? I just bought some and wondering if its a good idea.

nope.. not a good idea.. here is why
4.5k HID = BEST VISIBILITY
6k HID = GOOD VISIBILITY WITH A HINT OF BLUE
8K HID = SEMI GOOD VISIBILITY, A LOT OF BLUE
10K HID = SOMETIMES TURNING INTO PURPLE COLOR
12K HID = PURPLE, LIGHT OUTPUT DECREASES, ITS JUST FOR COLOR NOW

Seems like 4.5K is the best of all worlds... since I need to see and all (eyeballs)
What is a good www. to get replacement HID bulbs? THey all seem so expensive.
And do I really need to purchase 2 at a time to match?
