Hey I have an 08 sprot with out sirius. The dealers wants almost $800 to put it in. How difficult is it to put in? I can buy the radio for a lot less online. just curious.

If you don't mind the 'add-on' style, you can get one and install it yourself for less than 1/4 the price. You have to put up with a few extra cables (antenna and power) but at least I can remove it easily and use it in another vehicle or sell it.
It's not for those that like a 'clean' look....my wife doesn't like it. But my Sirius radio does some things that her oem/in-dash unit can't do, so it's a trade-off.

Thanks, I have had those in my previous cars. I wouldnt mind that if it could be mounted in the open spot in front of the shifter. I checked bestbuy and the can do it for about $180. I just wanted the factory controls. I am thinking between this and the HID conversion I will be busy.

If you are comfortable installing a car stereo, removing your seats, and removing some of the interior panels then this install isn't too hard.
