Help! Low Beams out

I have a 99 Mazda Protege and both my low beams went out at the same time. I replaced bulbs thinking that was the issue but no luck. The high beams work but the high beam indicator in the dash is on whether the low beams or high beams are switched on.

Any ideas?

Fuse in the fuse box?

It wasn't the fuse but the lights came on by themselves Sunday night.
