Fs-de/fp-de ecu

How easy is it to reprogramme the FS-DE/FP-DE ecu? Fairly easy or do I need to find a mazda specialist?

theres someone on here that is reflashing the MP3 tune onto the FSDE ECU... thats about as far as you can go with it though.
