Interior passenger Door Panel

Somehow my door panel was torn and I need to replace it. Does anyone know where I can find it for a reasonable price. Again it is the Front Interior Passenger Door Panel. If anyone finds one at a Junk Yard in good condition I am willing to pay. I am also looking for the stock Shifter Knob (Manual).

what year protege do u have? I will have my stock broom handle shift knob available soon, not it great shape though, well it is with the exception the numbers have worn off on top.
