i'm not going to be selling the pipes alone starting next week. i'm only going to be stocking whole kits. after all the intro kits leave here i'm going to have about 30 sets of pipes and cores left over. retail price is going to be $699 for a whole kit. still a bargain if you ask me. options will be similar to what we had on the intro with tbolts, coupler color etc. if all you want is pipes, message me now or before the end of the week.

right now i'm not sticking with one brand. size was 28x7x2.5 with offset tanks. its good for any attainable amount of power on this car. the piping is 2.5 which is larger than anyone elses' out there, good enough for the GT ATP sized turbos.

What are the power gains with your kit?

Since this was a former Mazda3Mods fmic kit the gains I believe were around 20hp compared to the stock tmic that I read a while back on another forum.

yes, and the heat soak effect is obviously much less than a top mount. for the price there is no reason to even consider a top mount now.

I couldn't find a how to on the forum. I searched in the how to section and no go. I think the hardest thing that will be done is taking of the front bumper

Only reason TMIC appeals to me is the ease of installation. How difficult is a FMIC install?

takes two or less hours

takes two or less hours

especially with a couple extra hands! mine took a little longer we had a small snag (forgot a coupler and without any good reference we had to figure out for ourselves how the brackets up front went in) and mind you mine was the COBB kit... however, like he said, pretty simple, couple hours max. Well worth it, plus whats more fun to you? Taking off your top mount and just throwing another in there, or actually being able to work on your baby and feel like youre making a real difference :D
