Problem with sliding doors

Just checking to see if anyone else has had this issue. Both of the sliding doors on my 08 M5 will not lock in the full open position. they just flop around. The open and close fine, just the latch that holds them open is not working.

mileage?? should be covered under the factory warranty if your still under it.. sounds like your latching is fucked

best way is to go to the dealer display room
and check out the sliding door of a mazda5.
Yours should behave exactly the same.
The mechanism that locks the door open is visible.

Sounds like your missing some minor springs on both doors...go to the dealer.
