I have a similar issue. Stops vibrating at around 90 and above but I wanna make sure it's just my ball joints that need replaced and not bent wheels! O_O

I did rotate them, could just be the tires.

good possibility, what kind of tires btw?
I've been having this problem with my girls tC, Fuzion HRi's FTL, ive rebalanced, and rotated @ least 6 times that i can remember, and the shaking never goes away, The wheels are straight too as they always balance out with less than 1.25 ounce

Worn struts (have you ever replaced them?) will cause 'cupping' in the tires. Feel the old ones - if you rub your hand in one direction over the tread - does it feel different in the other?

I have 64xxx miles, all season Kumho Ecsta's and never replaced the struts or shocks. Im going to get new tires since they may need replacing.

My experience with worn tires that are balanced is that they still vibrate.

I had vibration issues at highway speeds, and if the car sat for a week of no driving there were low speed vibrations. Those tires were way too old. After a new set of tires no more vibration.

make sure all the nuts are securely tightened. Check for nipples on the tires too. Another possibility is that they did not balance it correctly. good luck!
