ok i wanted to get rid of the turkey on my car i have the ssqv v2 hooked up to the hard pipe with the upgraded side mount and i have it recirculating to my intake and i tapped into my brake booster vacuum line for vacuum but i keep hearing the turbo surge wat is the problem???

the problem is that your still recirculating. You need the to have the hks running open vent. Either run dual bpv/bov setup with the bpv on the hot pipe and the bov on the cold pipe or run the bov on the cold pipe with the maf relocated after the bov. End of story. I would wait and get some 3 ply silicone couplers. I'd also buy t-bolt clamps to make sure they don't pop off. The worm clamps won't hold under elevated boost. Your best bet for now is to just run your stock bpv in conjunction with bov until you get the good couplers.

I beg to differ.....ive just switched back to recirculating from running the HKS vented....still turkey....but runs better....

with that setup at very low boost yes you will get a slight turkey but thats like 1 pound haha
