I put an OBX Header on my 01 protege at 2.0L. A lot of times when i am pulling out from a complete stop my car dogs, which means it takes awhile for it to get going. Sometimes i have the pedal down all the way to the floor and it takes awhile for it to get going. Is there a way to fix that? My check engine light is on too, because i removed the catalytic converter, it said the fuel system was too rich. Would hooking up a programming device help both of these problems?
