I got a 626 valve cover for 10 bucks without the sensor on the side did not check thats my bad realy dont care that I maybe out the 10 buck but is it that difficult to fix?

Your car needs the cam sensor to run properly, so no... there really isnt a fix...

im saying adding the hole for the sensor im mean useing ca lipers I should be able to determin the distance the stocker is and tap it right, has any one done this or should i just recycle it?

What year valve cover did you get, I haven't see one that didn't have it.

95 I know I have read the post 2000+ 626 but I thought I give it a try they look nice just need to clean them up went to pick and pull and grabed another one for 16 just incase I mess up. I'll take them to work tonight and through them on the mill to see what happens. i mean the injection machines I run have a similler sensor's, where it reads the rpms on the screws. there's a small window for play i just got to be tight with my tolerances.

Yeah polish the shit out of it and post it for sale. With that money you made on polishing it you can buy the correct one.

well I finished polishing it looks better then what it was but I have to reshim my sensor ill get some pics when I get home

not done though I also made the spacer I need for the sensor It actualy all fit perfect but I dont recomend doing this becuase you realy do end up geting perty close to the cam gears you measure wrong and bye bye. I ll post some pictures later on for now more polishing.
