Will not start

hi there i've just bought a 1999 protege lx and am new to the mazda community. i have a problem though i was driving along and my car stopped and will not start again. just before it died the check engine light came on. when i got it home and put my scanner on it and it's giving me a P1345 code and saying something about cylinder discrimination. the engine cranks but will not start, to me it sounds like its not getting fuel but i don't know being new to mazdas (and obd2 systems) and all. any help in solving this will be appreciated.

Jumped time - check the belt

crank and/or cam position sensors and wiring. I dont know what a '99 has
