You need to get your remote working.. new battery maybe? The MSP will not start unless you connect your car battery back, then press the lock button, then unlock, then lock, then unlock to disarm the alarm. That's why your car isn't starting.

Check a fuse in the cabin called the Room fuse. I believe it's a 10A fuse. Mine did this when I reconnected everything after working on the car. Another symptom is the interior lights not working, specifically the dome light.

To at least use the car this should work. Get in car, put key in ignition try to start it, while you push the alarm override button.
It is under the dash and if i remember correctly is behind a little metal support bar, the car should start and the alarm should go off.

Do you have an aftermarket alarm system? I had that same problem once, and I realized it was the factory system freaking out and not the aftermarket system. I have to make a mental note to cycle the factory alarm to the disabled state anytime I unplug the battery or whatnot.

the small black box with the white thing is the shock sensor if you unplug the shock sensor the alarm will not work

The button is by itself, not on the box, I don't have a msp anymore, but if you have the owners manual I believe they show it in there.
It's on the back side, meaning the button is facing the engine bay. It is behind if I recall correctly this little metal bracket.
If you lie down and get under there looking straight up, you should see it.
I got good at being able to find it sitting in the seat and getting it with my left hand.

what you mean the button is by itself and not on the box there is a little black shock sensor that has a knob sticking out thats white that controlls sesitivity and if you unplug the shock sensor than the alarm wont work cuz it wont pick up vibration anymore and the put shock sensors in diffrent places under the dash depending who put it in

The factory alarm brains are garbage. to avoid this issue in the future if you do not wish to arm the system just simply press the lock button as your getting out and close the door. The alarm will not arm itself this way. Thats how i've been doing it for the past 4 years.
