94 protege fan always on?

Seems like the radiator fan starts with the car, when cold, and continues running as long as the car is on. The car does run cool as well.

Anyone know if this is caused by a faulty thermocoupler?

The radiator fan runs when cold. from the haynes manual, the fan should only run after the car reaches 200F (whatever that is in C*)

Well i had continuity on the radiator thermoswitch (top of the radiator, next to the cap) replaced with a new one (90 bucks!!) and now the fan doesnt come on with the car starting. yay.

was doing hell on my gf gas milage!
