is your clutch all the way in?

You might need a change your tranny fluid/oil

most of the time in reverse and sometimes it is hard to put it in gear, it also happens in first gear

happens to me too. but usually because i don't have the clutch all the way in. i have short legs.

If you used synthetic tranny fluid, it'll sometimes cause it hard to put into reverse.

maybe your slave cylinder is worn out every msp is hard to put into reverse though

maybe your car's ecu doesn't want you to put it in reverse.

I really hope no one is stupid enough to take my last post seriously.

i think my slave cylinder is worned out, Even if i put it all the way in it still grinds and sometimes i have to pump it a couple of times

sounds like either the master or slave clutch cylinders are on the way out... is it constant or intermitant?

intermitant but it has been doing it lately
