I did the blow test on the WGA and I can definitely blow air thru it with no problem. what I dont understand is the car still holds boost at about 8-9 psi (have a boost controller). I thought that if the WGA was blown it would keep building boost untill you go boom!! Has anyone experienced this or does anyone know whats going on??? Any help is appreciated.

maybe your stock intercooler is overheating really bad cuz your running such high boost

Put a vacuum pump directly to the actuator vacuum port. It should move the rod when 6-7 psi is applied. 1/2 the time people are misdiagnosing it by blowing through it.

what if you allready replaced the wastegate and every once and a while the car does not boost properly and jerks a whole bunch during acceleration in second gear even at lower rpms like around 2500 rpm car jumps really bad but later on the problem just goes away?

since he has the boost controller would'nt that restrict the amount of boost and keep it to the preset amount of boost even if the wastegate is shot rather then overboosting to boom?

I finally got a chance to put a vacuum pump to it. The rod doesn't move at all
