2010 Tint

Less than a week, and my first mod: 55% fronts (illegal in Cali) and 5% in the rear

I'm thinking of tinting the clear tail light piece (just the one on the trunk) a light shade of tint - think that would look better and won't contrast as bad....

If you were going to go illegal in the front, why not just go all the way and get 5% all around?

PS - Oakland, is your car MetroGrey, and if so was that you I saw northbound on 896/New London road Saturday afternoon/evening? If so, I was the guy in the Crown Vic behind you. :)

i think he doesnt want too much attention from the cops so he went with a lighter shade in the front

i agree, either that or tint the clear part on the rear lift gate slightly (not too dark). I think i might do that cause it is hideous and sticks out like a sore thumb

Those wheels kinda look like srt4 wheels I like it. I wouldn't clear the taillights I would just black them out... The red does look gay

nope, sorry. i have a BM GT. if you're behind me you would also see that i debadged the "3" and added "turbo" on the right side. also i put mudflaps that say "mazdaspeed" on the rear wheel wells

everytime i see an ms3 it's always going the opposite direction or im not in my speed...pisses me off

I think it looks good. Black is the only color for this car that doesnt look like a complete joke. I also hate the california tint law (70% front). I dont agree with the people saying red this or clear that, I think the hideous things should be completly blacked out IMO. Good luck with the car, keep us updated.

im not saying smoke them out...im saying get some red laminex and red out the silver part of the tails.

Try www.bluebatmobile.net and ask him to see if he can get something cut to the shape of the 2010 tails. He does all different colors, smoked, red, whatever.

just the silver tails. nobody ever said the CAR was bad. i prefer the older gen imho but its all taste. the interior is super sweet in the new gen. minus a few things i think. its not, not all cars are perfect. its all cars have different styling and each one attracts certain people.

believe this had follwers at 1 point? this was hot back in the day for some reason.

WOW, the 2010 looks alot better in black mica than any other color. probably cause its emphatic smile isn't that noticeable
