I recently took out my injectors to replace the o-rings on them, everything is back in and in order, but I'm wondering if I need to do anything to the system in order for my car to start? Such as turn my car on and off to allow the fuel pump to do it's thing?

I would turn the key on want wait for the fuel pump to prime the system, then turn off. I would do that a few more times just to be sure its primed and then try to start it.

I never had a issue with primeing the sytem and it not starting right away. I have always done that when/if I ever run out of gas(broken gas gauge on old car)

So far I've tried turning my key a few times, then trying to crank it. It turns over, but doesn't catch to start up (if that makes sense). I've checked to make sure everything is plugged in as well.

Is it getting spark? Did you hear any poping noise when you first tried starting it(ie blown fuse)? are you getting fuel? Can you hear the fuel pump prime when the key is on the on position?

I didn't hear any popping noise. I'll go out and check an injector and see if there is fuel.. having a thunder storm at the moment so I don't want to run out there just yet.
Edit: Alrighty, went out and got my husband to stick his head down against the back seat and he couldn't hear the fuel pump and I couldn't either. Did I miss a plug in the engine bay maybe? Just switched out my IM also, checked everything though, no blown fuses on the engine bay side.

Just checked the injectors, dry dry dry. So now I'm assuming it's possibly the relay for the fuel pump, or ? I checked all my plugs again, they're all okay.

Alright, thankfully I had a spare fuse and I switched them out. For the first few turns it did the same thing, then it fired right up :D I'm thrilled! LOL. (thumb)
