Valve clearance

Anyone who knows these engines well; I'm changing cams to Integrals and I measures the clearance at a tight .03 and specs say max is .0295, is this acceptable with it being so close of a difference?I run Mobil 1 with a Lucas friction inhibitor.

If they go to the ten thousandths with clearance specs, then I'm guessing that 0.03 is going to be too much - otherwise, they would say that max is 0.0300
