Can't speak for the front, but the rear can be heated up with a blow dryer to soften the adhesive, then pry loose with a plastic putty knife or equivalent. I assume it's all on eoiece in the rear. Just got my car, don't know much about it yet. Wax the area to remove residue. I want to do this so let me know if and when you do it, with details and pics after. Remember to take measurements of the original position to make for easier reinstall.

Just heat up the rear one and use fishing line to get underneath the glue. Keep sawing the line back and forth til you can pull it off. The rear one has two pegs on the back that go into the two holes, so it line up correctly when you put it back on. Use 3M emblem double sided tape.
The front one has plastic pressure clips that hold it in place. Carefully squeeze them in and push out towards the front. There are about four of them if I remember. Just take your time, the clips will break if squeezed too hard. One of mine did, but since I ordered black ones from SU it didn't matter to me.
Good luck!

The front is held on by 5 small clips - one top, two sides, two bottom. Pop you rhood and reach behind the emblem and feel around. You will feel the clips. Just push them inwards (towards the center of the emblem) and pop it out. Personally, I have broken the two side ones off, and the thing still sits on there just fine. I woul dalmost ALMOST recommend braking the two sides ones off just to make it easier to remove rather than fighting with all five clips each time you want to take it off, switch colors, and put it back on. I like to paint mine different colors so its handy.
But yeah, no biggie. The front is just a few clips. Make sure to take pics! :)
