Yes it should fit. I have swapped intakes from my MS3 to my wife's CX7 before.(first)

How does it fit with the turbo inlet pipe vs. your transmission dipstick? Our CX-7 intakes include a relocation bracket for the dipstick to clear the turbo inlet pipe.

Also has an optional air straightener that can be removed or omitted without effecting Long Term Fuel Trims. And is fully configurable with a number of color options.

Why would it need an air straightener? The stock airbox doesn't have one like the MS3 does.
