The wheels look good, I want to do the same thing to mine. I was wondering how many coats of paint did you use and did you finish it off with a sealant. Also did you sand down the wheels or just cleaned them well and laid down the paint.

I sanded them down,primered,wet sanded, and sprayed 3 coats but i didnt seal them. took it to a self serve car wash and put the hi pressure wash on about 2 inches from the wheels to see if they were going to chip or flake or anything and nothing came up so i figured it would be ok.

Wheels look good. I personally would have painted the center caps as well. Not a fan of the gas cap. I'd offer some C&C on the photos, but I'm guessing your g/f isn't really that into photography.

I like the look of it without the center caps painted. I did the same thing when I painted my stock Mazda6 wheels a few years ago.

thanks. i have been debating on the center caps. but i really like how it makes the mazda emblem stand out. yea my girlfriends not into it to much she just likes to take pics. im prolly going to photoshop some of these.

ill give a try on one and see how it comes out. lol. i cant figure out how to get my badges off without breaking them.lol. i really want to paint them. just scared to break them lol.

an easier thing to do instead of taping would be to take vasoline and rub it onto whatever surface you don't want painted. then you can just rub it off after everything dries.

thats what my girlfriend was telling me to do lol. shes pretty smart she knows quiet a bit for a girl. but there is a conflict of interests betweens shes loves honda and i love mazda lol. ill give it a shot this weekend and post up how it comes out. if the weather is to my liking for painting.

Ruh-row... what kind of honda does she have? A boosted S2K? If not then I don't think she will "smoke" all of our MS3s... especially the well modded ones.
