removing the stock head unit

I am not familiar with how the head unit comes out of my 01 ES. Could someone please explain the easiest way to remove it? Also I am removing it because only the pass side speakers work when a cd is playing but they all work on the fm setting for some reason. Thanks

Alright thanks I wasn't sure what had to come off in order to get at the holes for the tools. I didn't realize those 2 little plastic things came off.
