I just bought a 2001 ES and I am going to be changing the oil today but the owners manual is nowhere to be found. So what grade oil does the 2.0 take?

depends on your region.
if it's cold go with a 10w30
10w 30 works just fine in general thou
warmer go with 0w50 if you can afford

normally our cars take just 5w30 oil weight, but you can use either of those posted above depending on the weather in your area.

Alright thanks I had 5w30 bought and i just wanted to make sure it wasn't supposed to take 5w20 or something thinner.

like 4.5 quarts i think
i know it's not more then 5 so pour the oil in and keep checking the dipstick.

Sorry, but that is not good advice.
You should use only 5W-30 or 0W-30 if non-synthetic. If using synthetic, 0W-30, 5W-30, and 0W-40 are viscosities that I'd recommend.
My service manual calls for 3.5 quarts, but I'm not sure if that's including the oil filter contents. I will be changing oil within the next couple of months, so I'll find out, then.
BTW, Power steering fluid is Dextron III - Mercon. Use a turkey baster bulb to remove all the fluid in the housing and replace with the new stuff. Every 5 years or so should be okay.
Wheel lug torque is 66-86 lbs-ft.
