How to hack the stock radio to play mp3's again?

A year or two ago there was a guide on how to hack the stereo in the mazdaspeed 3 to play mp3 cds. i did it and it worked but it stopped. how do you do it again?

I know it can be done. Because I did it before.

a+bx2 then spin volume knob 360 degrees. Hit brake. Start car and count to 10. shut it off. hit brakes. do 50 jumping jacks. go back online to mazdas247.com and let us know when you figured it out. (crazy)
