Speaker popping.

in the past few monthes my right side front speaker is chirping/ popping. i have turned down my bass and treb to 0 and 1. i listen to talk radio and a mix of music, and all cause my speaker to pop. i don't turn the vol above 12 most times and even at 10 or 9 i hear pops.
i'm going to bring it to the dealer soon. my question is should i bother or are is my speaker blown?

If it's under warranty, and you haven't modded it in any way, and you haven't abused it, then take it to the dealer and get them to take care of it.
