OBX header, not a cheap Ebay one due to bad welds and fitments. Then an exhaust is controversial due to the sound and costs. magnaflow and racing beat seem to be the most popular on a P5... although i read somewhere that with a header some exhaust sound not so good (haven't experienced this tho). You might also want to look at a MP3 ecu (http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123746537) and a CAI (any tubing will do but get a good filter)
