Espiler Spring on stock struts

would a set of protege Espiler spring fit on the stock P5 strut? or should you have to upgrade to something like illuminas or blues?

It'll fit, but they'll quickly ruin your stock struts, and that high a spring rate will be under-damped and bouncy. Don't do it, unless you do struts too (unless you do your own work, and can order struts immediately upon finding that you hate them on stock struts).
