New Member with 02 P5 has tranny question

Hi everyone,
I recently picked up a preowned automatic 2002 p5 with 88000 km or (55000 miles). The ATF is dirty. Should I get the flush for 200 dollars offered by the Mazda dealer? Or just drain/replace? I read something here about metal shavings becoming a problem. This is my first automatic car. I do want this car to last a long time.

drain and fill first and see how it goes

a flush can do more damage than good on a totally neglected tranny

use something cheap and good like valvoline maxlife atf and a bottle of lubegard
