Heater blower fan, AC fan does not work

Fan stopped working, does not turn on then I set it to heat, or AC. What could be the problem, checked the fuses, they are ok. Is there some kind of a relay that might be bad? or bad wiring?

Could also be the fan motor. I'd check the fuse block underneath the hood first though for the relay.
