white smoke from turbo

i went to drive my car the other day and after a few min of driving white smoke was comming from under my hood. so i pulled over and white smoke was comming from ym turbo. my car never over heated our got hot just a little white smoke. im a little low on coolant so could it be leaking coolant then buring off

What did it smell like?

i though oil it was not sweet i really could not tell

if i let my car run in the drive way the smoke will never come. but as soon as i start to drive little white smoke comes up.

Sounds like the turbo has a bad seal and is burning off the oil. This happened to me about a year ago. If this is not the case you will need to have the cooling system pressurized to check for leaks.

Oil usually doesn't burn white smoke though... sounds like coolant to me... is it coming out the exhaust or from under the hood?
