Just like the title says it feels like my car is not pulling as hard as it once was. On top of that a friend of mine said he saw a puff of blue smoke come out of my exhaust when I took off today. I don't have any mods and have no boost gauge so I have no way of knowing if I have a boost leak. The car is a 08.5 with 18K on it. Is there anything I should be checking or do you guys thinking I should just take it in to the dealership?

how hot was it?
might be heat soak...

its really hard to diagnose this without knowing a lot more...
you will only get speculation and guesses...

I noticed at about 7,000 miles that pretty much all of the fasteners on the stock turbo hose clamps had loosened. Definitely check and adjust these yourself if you're halfway capable.

Ever consider that the driver has adjusted?

i would say the biggest "issue" would be that you are used to the speed and feel of the car so it only FEELS like its not pulling as hard.
the blue smoke could be a bit suspicious, but if memory serves most of the turbo seal issued were "solved" by 08.5 unless it is a very early one...
if you are mod free i would take it to the stealership.

These cars run rich as hell, probably the smoke he saw when he took off was black carbon. If your turbos smoking its tons of smoke and not just when you take off.

+1
Was likely carbon...the same carbon that will buildup on your exhaust tip.

Eh, I always get a backfire and puff of blue whenever I floor it. I've noticed that my car will pull very well to 6000 if I haven't been sitting in traffic. But after sitting in traffic, it will only go to about 5600.

Heat soak can knock more than 20 hp off these cars - I've seen it happen on dynos.

Grab a Dashhawk or a boost gauge of some sort, a butt dyno is meaningless and prone to error (crazy).
