How to tell manufacture date ?

Hello everyone, new Mazda 5 owner here , I wonder anyone knows how to tell the date of manufacture ? I was told you can look for a stick on the side of door but I didn't find anything (uhm)

Driver side door, there should be a sticker there on the side of it.. the side that is not viewable when your door is shut.. if that makes sense. It should have the color of your car, and more info, along with the manufacture date.

Look in the area circled in red in the pic below.

One sticker will be the Tire information decal, the other will be the Production date/ vin/ body/ color code decal.

It may also be on the window sticker, if you still have it.

Dec08 is the manufacture date , I guess I need to add a couple of months from Japan to Vancouver (eek2)

you will have to call mazda if you want the exact day

Very helpful information, as I just found out that KYB GR2s have different part numbers for the pre- and post- 08/00 Proteges. Thanks, guys!
