87 323 air box in the way

I am new at this site but i know my way around my car pretty well, except this dumb air box, the car wont run without it and i am needing to find out how to by pass this air box. I need some advice one how i can by pass this, so that i can put a high flow air cone on it instead of the air box. so can some one plz help me.

Easy fix. The only thing you need is the MAF. Thats whats bolted to the air box. 4 10mm nuts keep it attached. Take those out after unbolting the entire aire box from the car. Then get a cone adapter for a MAF. Should be easy after that.
