well, we just had that server swap, possibly threads of a certain age were removed in the process?? I haven't checked for any particularly old threads but thats one possible explanation i could think of. Or perhaps it just fell into one of the 'cracks' during the swap somehow... its a shame because it was a good thread.

OK, found it...its on the now CLOSED MAM forum, thats why the search engine couldnt find it...but Google can, hehehe...maybe the moderators might want to move it to a more proper How to section and change title to manifold install instead.
