if ur running a larger highflow pump the larger gauge wire can help support it and maintain voltage. i wouldn't worry about it tho.

if the vehicle originally was wired with a circuit to give the fuel pump 2 speeds
running the vehicle on its high speed at all times will shorten the life of the pump dramaticly
especially if the system is returnless
not worth the hastle if you really understand how things work

lol what up man i just kno they've been running alot more fuel through their factory pumps its not really a 2 speed pump ur just getting rid of all the resistance you have in factory wiring same volts less ohms

The pump it self isn't 2 speeds, it would be the wiring that makes it 2 speeds
Idk specifics on the gt's but ill pull a diagram 2morro
Some vehicles have what's most easily compared to a blower motor type circuit where under a certain load and engine speed the circuit switchs to its lower resistance side increasing the speed

Not needed, the stock pump is fine.
