33k miles - is getting the extended warantee a waste of $$$ ?

hey I got 33k miles on my MS3, just had the primary O2 covered under warantee, would have been $611 normally. I can get 3 star waranttee for 100K miles for $1900 ($100 deductable) or $1700 ($200 deductable). I do most of my own work on the car, just not the really big stuff. Is the extended warantee a waste of $$$ ???? I have until 35K to sigh up. Just wanted to see a few peoples thoughts on this. Thanks

I've been thinking about getting rid of my extended warrenty with mazda. I talked to my dealership about getting a fmic and they weren't cool with it at all. And before they didn't really care about what parts I put on as long as I talked to them about it first. You only live life once, and the end of high powered cars in the future... Shit, I'm bout to say give me my money back which they said I can still do
