Happy Canada Day (canada) to those of us above the 49th parallel or in Canada and I will also take this time to wish our friends to the south an early July 4th celebration or Independence day (usa).

I will be celebrating with a lobster feast and PEI mussels on Friday. My own Canada Day/Indepence Day celebration! Steaming them up in the back yard!
