MS3 Local ( NY city and surroundings)

Hey Guys, any MS3 owners from the NYC area, I am new to the city, and would like to know about a good aftermarket local mechanical shops, or a place where to hangout.............. (trying to get away from wifey and the kids). by the way I am 28..... this is not a mid-life crisis.

I am located on long island, and we have a couple of good shops out in the Suffolk area, but idk bout any Mazda affiliated shops located in the city...

there is one on staten island every tuesday. i went last week, quite a bunch of cars from all manfacturers across the board. see here (http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123742871).

NJ here, but I don't really have any useful information I could give you =( Just got my MS3 (about 1650 miles on it) so don't really know of any clubs.

I have a body shop. I asked if they would do performance upgrades on my Integra GS-R when I had it, which they said sure, but I never took them up on it.

yep only tuesdays. when i was there last time there was only one other mazda. so a few more wouldn't hurt ;)
