Ho Do I Tune my MSPD6 based on AFR?

Howdy! Need some help. I bought a COBB Accesport and I want to learn how to tune my car based on the Air Fuel Ratio readings and other measurements taken by the Accessport. Does anyone know of a good PDF document reference to teach me how to tune my car based on these parameters? I don't particularly want to pay someone tune my car and I am not happy (at all) with the maps COBB provides (my car has some unusual modifications).
