need help on these wheels

ok i was searching CL and found these wheels... i emailed the guy and said that my best offer would be 400 but i didnt commit yet before i see it...

i know there are no acutal pics but am i justified to offer this guy 400 for them? ive been searching the whole web for these wheels so id know the orig price but couldnt find them... i think theyre d/ced... i just really want to downgrade because my expensive 17s is wrecking my whole ride

I would not. I paid less for my 18's and they had pics of all five. Also those look like 2 different rims. I would go look first but take a friend. Up to you tho.
