After working on my P5 fir 15 months my car is back and running great, it took 15 month due to money haveing a kid take alot of money away from fixing a car, but i was persistant and my P5 is back on the road with 150,000 i replaced

Spark Plugs
Coil Packs
Air intake tube
Mass Air Flow
EGR Valve
Temp Sensor
Input speed sensor(Pulse generator)
out put speed sensor
cleaned thottle body

all because my rpms would jump from 100 - 900 and the car would rapidly shake when in idle on the brake, and the O/D light would come on and flash, i had a crack in the air intake hose and the guy i had working on my car replace the output sensor and temp sensor which were perfectly fine just wasted my money when all i needed was the egr valve and input speed sensor and air intake hose, the spark plugs and coil packs were needed anyways. next is belts any thing else i should fix to make sure my baby last for another 100K?

If your gonna do timing belt then you might as well do the tensioner or at least the spring, water pump & cam seals while your there.

or you could just buy a water pump /timing belt kit haha

Why did it take 15 months (more than a year) to do 3 hours (max) in the driveway? And doing them one at a time might have revealed that the MAF was fine...

Anyhoo - glad it is back!
