yes it will fit all proteges sedan or wagon and no you wont need anythign else to install it but maybe a few nuts at most.

Stiffens the front end up to reduce body roll. And yes thats how its bent from factory spec. The good thing with the p5 strut bar is that you can keep cruise control too I believe. I don't have cruise :(

Not without a fair amount of customization. The p5 is different than the mSP or MP3 strut bar. I do not have cruise for this reason.

I thought you don't have cruise because it's an mp3, not cause your strut bar can't hold one?

I'm pretty sure Jaz is right, he has a msp strut bar so the cruise must fit right on or he wouldn't of said anything.

Um, what? MP3s didn't have cruise control, and all of the strut bars are the same. The only thing that MAY be different is the passenger side bracket to accomodate the cruise control, but I doubt that's actually the case.

From many things I have read, my strut bar is different than the p5's and I guess maybe the MSP's also. MaxxMazda stated it in this thread. I trusted his info cause him and TheMAN are basically Mazda Gods...
