Sound coming from the front of my car
Only while turning
Sounds kind of like a flat tire- Womp womp womp, rythmic and loud
Axle? Wheel Bearing? Tie Rod?
Thanks!

I'll put one vote in for the axle.

Though I feel no vibes in the steering wheel or foot pedals.

Oh, almost forgot to mention the sound is created under the slightest bit of turning (it doesnt take a sharp turn for me to hear it).

a wheel bearing would not make a "Womp womp womp" sound like pac-man. Sound mroe like a axle, go and look for any leaks and feel around and move stuff around and see if the stuff that isnt suposed to move, moves.

Trust me, it's a wheel bearing. I just replaced my front passenger side wheel bearing and it did the same thing you're describing. If it was the axle, it would make more of a rapid clicking sound. I bet driving on the high way sucks for you right now!
You're looking at around $250-$300 per bearing to be replaced by a shop. I'm not sure exactly what tool you need to do it yourself, but it's a mazda tool from what I've read.

Are there any hangouts for mazdas out here? I know of a few honda spots, but those are full of dumb ricer kids. I wanna see some turbo monsters.
