Externally Wastegated Turbo Manifold HELPPPP!!!!!!!

ok so i want to put an Externally Wastegated Turbo Manifold into my ms3!!!!! i have a cobb sri, and fmic, everything else stock. what do i need to do to put these parts in to make my car sound like that lol. ive heard i need to get another turbo and a whole lotta shit. i have a custom shop here dat can do it for me but they sed i need 3 things another turbo the external wastegate and my stock turbo mani. anyone know if i could just buy the pg Externally Wastegated Turbo Manifold and bolt it rite up to my stock k04 turbo and have it sound like its dumped??? please helpp

Hey,If i were you. i would Port out the turbo and replace the seals, but you dont need a new turbo. The E.W. Manifold will allow the air to be regulated more effectively.

You will have to pull your stock turbo and have the wastegate flapper welded shut and reroute your turbo vacuum lines- at a minimum. I suggest you step away from your car, and talk like a human being, and don't worry about modding because you are a dumbass.

just need to get the wastegate flapper welded shut in the turbo...then get the PG manifold...then whatever wastegate you want and get a dump tube made. just take the vacuum line from the internal WG and hook it to the external

if he wants to do it let him do it..it will allow his boost to be controlled more reliably and also allows for a externally regulated turbo upgrade in the future

run the dump tube thru the firewall and up ur panties while your at it, then you will get a nice little puff of air where the sun dont shine when you spool and let off.

This type of setup with a wastegate open dump is called a "Screamer Pipe" and is very loud and very illegal.
