Hi sorry about my english! I just bougth a Protege5 2003 here in Costa Rica, I am very happy for this car! It only have 53.000 miles is like brand new jejejee, i hope learn more abouth this car and start doing some modification, here in CR there are abouth 4-5 Protege5, all of them were imported, the dealer here anly import from Japan so that why this car is kind of rare. In the future i will going to put some pics of the car!

**I hope someone could help me in the future if i need some parts from the US, thx to all! (cool)

Aw man, that's sweet to have a car that rare where you live. Always nice to drive by people that have to look at your car twice and say "wtf kind of car is that?"

Yes! it is very funny an even when you go to the dealer of Mazda for a change of oil, the mechanics dont know this car hahahahaha

Have you seen the other Protege5's around town? Just curious, is there a Mazda dealer in San Jose?

Yes there´s one but they didnt bring the mp5 back in 2002-2003, i think they are only import car from japan

imported car from japan should be RHD (Right Hand Drive)

Well here we drive like you in the left, the car are made in japan but they have the driving weel in the left

Guys a question: i want to install a K&N airfilter, but i what ti use the stock rubber pipe and to put the air filter instead the bigbox right next to the sensor, but in th box there is another sensor like a little black stick, so what can i do with that sensor?
