oooohhhhhh! We just received a present in the mail from Mazda! It contained 2 Mazda pens, 2 zoom-zoom stickers and a cool travel mug. I am so excited about the mug, hopefully it will fit better in the center cupholder, as mine is narrower and kinda bonks around when I turn corners. (wiggle)

Of course our brain surgeon (not) mail man was trying to stuff the package in the mail box, so the mug has a dent on the side but oh well...

For my 06 I got 2 zoom-zoom stickers and a touch up paint bottle. For the 08 I just got a "thank you" phone call from the dealer (rant). At least I've not gotten recall letters so far for this one :D

before every big sale my dealer has they send me a card asking to buy back my speed and say they'll pay top doller trade in.....i think one day ill get it all cleaned up and humor their offer

The dealer is sending us a bottle of touch up paint-the parts department was closed when we were there... This was from "Mazda North American Operations"

We also got a follow up call, they were nice but once *again* reminded us that a "9" rating is still a failing grade! (10)

The mug is pretty cool, it has what looks like tire tread around it, where you hold it. I looked in the online Mazda store and this particular mug is not on there.

I got a sticker but more importantly I got a coupon book from my Mazda dealership.
One was for one dent/ding removal (worth $75). Used it this weekend and the ding is completely gone. IMO way more valuable than a mug.

i like mine too.

they send me coupons in the mail all of the time.

also, when i purchased the 5, they sent us to the local restauraunt, and said to have anything. we didnt overdo it or anything, but it was no 10 dollar tab either. it was nice. then they filled the tank and had everything clean and ready to go when we returned.

Now that I recall I got free oil changes for the 08 at the dealer for the duration of my ownership. You still need to pay for the labor, but some extra bucks are always useful :D.

Suckers, that freebie did not extend to my 06 :D (that dealer was terrible BTW)...

All in all I think Mazda has been great, especially for the type of inexpensive cars they are (product and services, even with the 06 early recalls)

Hey I didn't get a mug or a zoom zoom sticker, but, I did get a thank you letter and a business card to give to a friend or family memeber, OH...and I almost forgot, I did get a ....."It's time to service you Mazda" letter. Thhaatttssss right, bring in your new Mazda 5 and we'll change you're oil and only charge you $45.......AAAAHHHHH I feel better now......Than again when we picked up our new 5 it was our sons birthday and he was feeling a bit left out, so I dropped off a birthday cake earlier in the day and they had everyone at the dealership sing him happy birthday. They also gave him a Mazda 5 ball cap and gave our other son a mazda water bottle so he didn't feel left out. Guess I can't complain too much. I mean I did get to sign the purchase contract.....
