I came across one of these from my buddy. I currently have a unichip (untuned)....just wanted to know if this piece of equipment will work with that unichip and what benefits does it allow me to gain?

You can't run the Apexi on the MSP first of all. Second of all you can't run two piggybacks controlling the same thing.

ok, well, that simplifies things lol.

thanks for the heads up. know if this thing will work on a 2009 GTS Lancer?

The Apexi is pretty universal, so it may. The problem with the Apexi and our car is that our ECU can learn around the Apexi and after a few miles it will override the Apexi.

Dude if you're in TX you need to go to Crossover Auto and get tuned. If it wasn't so far I'd have already had my Unichip tuned there.

well, i'm getting a new engine installed (regular protege engine) and a exedy stage 1 clutch installed too while that happens...probably go ahead and have my turbo rebuilt while i'm at it (92K miles), from the miles i have on it, I'm told that I should probably go ahead and do that too.

Oh well on the Apexi....guess it will just sit in the closet. (>.<)
