Nope it wont. It will rub with the 225 from what i read. Unless your car is stock hight, then you might rub still haha.

Justinlandsdale is running 205/40/16, buts hes one of the lowest daily driven protege's out there. You can run 215 I know that, but anything bigger is risky.

That looks SOOOOO good, I am so happy i went with 16's!
I really want to get the 225 under there.
Where does it rub, and is it on the front or the back?

I have 17x7j offset 42 installed with 205/40/17 tires. Also, I got 14mm (front) and 10mm (rear) spacers. front and Rear Fenders are rolled but rub the front fenders somtimes.

And the Offset isn't that low?

ok no, the offset is wrong for a wider tire.

the spacers make front tires wider than fender

No. It bends the metal lip inside the fenderwell upwards. To make a few more mm's of clearance. No exterior difference in appearance.

Here is a video of the process. You cant see to much but you get the idea.

Ok, now I get it. I have my fenders rolled. the front fenders got rubbed sometimes cuz of the front spacers.
