I went to remove the rear sway bar bushings and they were pretty rusted on I finally broke them free then realized that either one of them is bolted with a nut and bolt or I snapped the nut that is welded to the inside part off? I can stick a 17mm wrench in to hold the nut while I back out the bolt but is it supposed to mount that way??

I did the same thing on mine. The nuts are welded. I ended up breaking a nut loose and snaping a bolt. Both of which were on the driverside. For being a newer car the thing sure is rusty.
Edit: How did you figure out what number spicy you have?
